About

I’m a bit of a philosopher / theologian I suppose.  At least that is what I am drawn to in my heart.  I have many thoughts, but rarely put them in writing.  I hope to remedy this in this blog.

“Always working for a better world”, I have become a social justice activist.  I believe that life and the world are what we make them.  I am an eternal optimist.  Despite setbacks and opposition I believe that we can make the world a better place for the children of the world.

I am a bit of a romantic.  I love life.  I love people.  I love honesty, generosity, and grace.

I have worked with computers professionally for over two decades.  I have also done prison and mission work voluntarily and professionally.  I have studied mathematics, theology, business, economics, religion, and philosophy.

I have enjoyed marriage, children, and now grandchildren.

My late uncle called me “a perennial student”.  I suppose that is because I continued university studies late in life (as well as early).  I think it is because I have never lost my childhood sense of wonder and curiosity.  I am never bored.

I hope that I can stimulate others to think, challenge them to examine their beliefs, and maybe suggest new perspectives.
